slow down, breathe together
on october 1st, 2023, i installed this piece with a team of two other artists outside of the logan square farmer’s market in chicago, il. i created this piece as an invitation for people in the market to come together, slow down, and experience the beautiful nature around them, even amidst the chaos of the busy sunday market. this piece is made from 100% recycled materials from past projects, including wire from Devotion and fabric from the large cyanotype piece made in The Slanted Horizon class at Amherst college.
